Stephens Valuation and Consultancy Pty Ltd are an established boutique company, who have been operating since April 2008, that provides valuations and advice to a range of clients within specialist industries, particulalry the extractive and waste management industries. The company is fully independent and clients can be reassured that client confidentiality is taken seriously.
We have provided valuations and consultancy advice to ASX listed companies, Multinational Companies, Government Departments, Local Government Authorities, Banks, Solicitors, other Valuation companies, and a range of private companies and individuals.
We believe that we are the only extractive and waste management valuation company in Australia who provide market sales evidence and market lease evidence within our valuation reports. We have an extensive database of a large number of quarry sales and lease evidence of royalties and minimum rents particularly within NSW and South East Queensland and are continually adding to our existing market knowledge within other states as we carry out new valuations. Our database allows us to determine recent market trends of sales and lease evidence, which is particularly important within an industry with few transactions, and much uncertainty following the world financial crisis.
