The company is fully independent and clients can be reassured that client confidentiality is taken seriously, there are no conflicts with agency, internal commissions and fees or central databases where other operators can gain access to information. We do not hold any securities that could conflict with our independent advice or specialist industry knowledge.

We believe that we are the only extractive and waste management valuation company in Australia who provide market sales evidence and market lease evidence within our valuation reports. We have an extensive database of a large number of quarry sales and lease evidence of royalties and minimum rents particulalry within NSW and South East Queensland and are continually adding to our existing market knowledge within other states as we carry out new valuations. Our database allows us to determine recent market trends of sales and lease evidence, which is particularly important within an industry with few transactions, and much uncertainty following the world financial crisis.
